These Terms govern the use of our website, products, and services.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this page.

By using our website, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms.

2. Products & Personalisation

All products are handmade and made to order, meaning each item is unique and may vary slightly from images shown online.

Personalised Items

  • Once your order has been confirmed, we begin production based on the details you provide.

  • Please ensure all spelling, dates, and customisation details are correct at checkout, as we cannot accept responsibility for errors entered by the customer.

3. Processing & Production Time

All items are made to order.
Production times may vary based on the item and the time of year (especially during busy holiday periods).

Estimated production times are listed on product pages, but these may extend during high-demand seasons such as Christmas.

If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing to confirm availability.

4. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery time does not include the time it takes to create your order.

We primarily ship using Australia Post, but for larger or bulk orders, a courier may be arranged.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information via email or SMS.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for postal delays, lost parcels, or damage during transit.

  • Any issues with delivery should be followed up directly with the delivery company.

  • You may upgrade to express shipping or insured delivery at checkout or by request.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue items at any time.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via our secure payment providers (e.g. Wix Payments, PayPal, Stripe).

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

As our products are custom-made and personalised, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once production has begun.

However, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order if production has not started.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We will review the issue and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Please note:

  • We cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect details provided by the customer.

  • Proof of damage or defect may be required (e.g. photos of the product and packaging).

7. Promotions & Discounts

Promotional codes or offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, product designs, and branding are the property of The Lettered Collective.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use our materials without prior written permission.

9. Liability Disclaimer

We take great care to ensure the quality of our products.
However, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by postal or courier services

  • Misuse or mishandling of products after delivery

  • Minor variations in colour or design due to the handmade nature of items

Our total liability is limited to the cost of the purchased item(s).

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be handled in accordance with Australian consumer law.
