Processing & Production Time

Please note that delivery time does not include the time it takes to create your order.
All our products are made to order, and production times vary depending on the item and the time of year (particularly during busy seasons like Christmas).

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing so we can confirm if it’s achievable.

Shipping & Delivery

We primarily ship orders via Australia Post. For larger or bulk orders, a courier service may be arranged, and you’ll be contacted to confirm these details.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email or SMS (depending on your chosen method at checkout).

Please understand that shipping times are estimates only and may vary based on location, public holidays, or postal delays.

Lost, Damaged, or Faulty Orders

Once your parcel has been handed over to the postal or courier service, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit.

If your parcel arrives damaged, is missing, or delayed, it is your responsibility to contact the delivery company directly (e.g. Australia Post or the courier) to lodge a claim or inquiry.

There are optional upgrades available through these companies, such as express shipping or shipping insurance, which we recommend for peace of mind—especially for larger or high-value orders.
