Custom & Personalised Items
Because our products are made to order and personalised specifically for you, we do not offer refunds or returns on these items once the design has been approved and production has started.

Order Issues or Concerns
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If there is an issue with your order — such as damage, an error, or a concern with the product received — please contact us within 7 days of delivery at theletteredcollective@outlook.com.
We’ll review your situation and work with you to find a fair and satisfactory solution for both parties.

Non-Personalised Items
If you have purchased a non-personalised item, standard refund and return conditions may apply. Please contact us for more information if this is the case.

Delivery & Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the postal or courier service to safely deliver your parcel.
We carefully package all items to prevent damage, however, The Lettered Collective is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit.
If your parcel is lost, delayed, or damaged in delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up directly with the relevant postal company to lodge a claim.
