What can my Keepsake Box Hold?
Most weddings will place a wishing well on their present table at the reception venue. This is place where guests can off their cards and cash for safe keeping until the wedding night is over. It is a great way to store all of the cards, letters and photos from your day long after the day is done.
Shipping - Please Read
All Keepsake Boxes are sent out via Australia Post for $30.00. These products are excluded from any free shipping due to the packaging required to ship them safely. This includes the extra charge for Loss or Damage during the delivery process.
Please note in the case something does happen to your item during shipping we are happy to replace your item at no cost to you, but with your card details on hold for the replacement item - Once your claim through Australia Post has been resolved you will receive the refund for the item and then we will charge your card for the replacement. If this is not suitable we will discuss alternative options.
Change of Mind
Unfortunately we don't accept returns on change of mind, as you will have plenty of conversations regarding your desing and a proof which you will agree to - we can not accept a return. If you have any issues with your box we are more then helpful with resolving the issues.
Looking After Me
Our Keesake boxes are made from a thick acrylic or mirrored acrylic, it is not scratch or mark proof so you will need to be careful when handling it. To clean the Box we suggest a microfibre cloth
